

It felt good to get back to the gym today- I walked 4 miles in 51 minutes - speed 4.6-4.8, incline 1.0-4.0 (450 cal). I also did strength training for 20 minutes (100 cal).
When I got home I had a glass of skim milk and my last little sample promax bar. At school I had a mini pb and J with an apple.
I have a feeling this week is going to fly by, it is so packed with plans...we'll see how it goes!
