I was able to do my regular workout this morning- yea for 24 hour fitness! I was on the elliptical for 40 minutes, did 10 minutes on the stair climber with real stairs and 20 minutes of abs. I went back to Aylana's house for a quick shower and oatmeal with a clementine. I had that weight control oatmeal again- I don't think it keeps me as full as my regular oatmeal with flax. During my first session I snacked on some trail mix- I am planning on this container lasting me the whole 2 days, and an apple. The apple is pretty bruised so I might only eat 1/2 of it. More posting later...

Workout, Breakfast, CCIRA Conference
