Friday we woke up, got to the mountain and went skiing all day! Breakfast was 2 packets of weight smart oatmeal (someone else brought it, but it was good) with a clementine and coffee. I had a granola bar while skiing and a great taco salad with chicken for lunch- I didn't eat the taco. When we got home I had two cookie with a glass of milk. For dinner I had the best egplant parm and some broccoli- the eggplant was so good I had two servings...almost forgot...I had to have a margartita, apres ski!
About 3 hours of skiing...600 calories.
