Sunday- All Meals






Whoa- it has been a whirlwind weekend and sooo fun! I was sad to leave Vail and my friends :(, but happy I had such a good time. For breakfast this morning I had more of that "weight control" oatmeal and a banana with coffee. Lunch was some reheated eggplant parm,, a grapefruit and two cookies. This afternoon I had a beer while I watched some of the game...(no pic..it erased off my phone!). For dinner I made a bagel sandwich with hummus, spinach, red onion and tofurky (fake turkey made from soy), with carrots on the side.

I ran for 40 minutes this morning in the freezing cold=485 cal
