This was by far, not my healthiest eating day...good thing I have all week to make up for it! Breakfast was a bagel and butter with a clementine. For lunch I had some cut up veggies and a pb and banana tortilla- it was sooo good! On the slopes I snacked on a mini (2 in) promax bar- it was free and not that great. When we got home I had another clementine and 5 cookies. Dinner was that gigantic plate of sushi- split between 3 people and we finished it off with non-fat frozen yogurt with strawberries.
3 hours of skiing = 600 calories!
Today's Food = a million callories!
