Breakfast and Workout


There's no school today so I slept in a little- until 5:30am! Great workout at the gym- 40 minutes walking fast with incline on the treadmill (3.20 miles), 5 minutes rowing, 20 minutes lifting- around 500 calories down.

Breakfast was 2 packets of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal + 2 tbs. of flax seed, with a glass of skim and carnation instant breakfast. I try and drink the instant breakfast on the days I lift for a little extra protein. I'm off to school now, even though it's closed, to get some work done in my classroom!
