Dinner/Wrap Up





It has been a long afternoon/evening. At school I had my tangelo but still felt hungry. Knowing I was going to run tonight I made a quick PB&J on a whole wheat tortilla. It was way too cold out for my running group so I went to the gym instead. 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill added up to approximately 500 cal.

For dinner we made big salads with spinach, red pepper, cukes and some craisins. I took out my favorite Annie's dressing but didn't use it because the veggies tasted so good! Then I had a pretty big portion of lasagna that I had prepped yesterday and baked today. The lasagna had ww noodles, low fat cheese, chunky tomato sauce, a lot of spinach and some red meet. This has also been an uncharacteristically big meat week, especially considering a month ago I was a vegetarian....tomorrow tofu!

I ate the last cookie- I couldn't help myself. I will definetly bake more of those this week.

Wrap up: 1000 calories for exercise, 2400 calories eaten (estimate), net calories = 1400? I wish I had more accurate numbers...
