Breakfast and Workout



This was a rushed rushed morning! I was at the gym for a little over an hour- 40 minutes walking- fast with incline, 5 minutes rowing, 20 minutes lifting (500 cal). When I got home, I gulped a glass of skim with CIB while I was getting ready for school. I ate my oatmeal (2 packets with 2 tbs flax seed) at home, but brought my tangelo to school. The day is just going to get busier with a full day of teaching and tutoring in front of me...more posts later!
