Breakfast and Workout


Same old, same old- 2 packets of oatmeal with 2 tbs flax seed for breakfast with a glass of skim milk. I am also packing a tangelo for an early morning snack before the kdis get to school. (500 cal)

Great workout today- 40 minutes on the elliptical (475 cal) and 15 minutes of core (maybe 50 calories?). Running group tonight so I wll be getting a lot of exercise in today! (total=525 calories)
