I am very proud of myself and my beef and broccoli noodle stirfry. In the bowl it looks like mostly noodles (whole wheat) but all the broccoli, onions and meat are underneath. I found the recipe on cooking light and made a huge amount of it in the electric fryer so it will be making a few appearances as deja food- leftovers! After dinner I am having 2 more of my healthy cookies (they are addicting) and a cup of my favorite trader joe's chai. This afternoon while I was tutoring I had a tangelo.
Total calories for today are around 2200. Exercise added up to 500 so that puts me at 1700 net for the day. Not too bad. It would be great to aim a little lower tomorrow.
